What is a revocable trust?

A revocable trust is also referred to as a living trust. It’s an agreement that can be revoked in full or in part, by the person executing the trust, called the settlor, at any time prior to their death, as long as they retain capacity. The settlor also has the ability to amend the terms of the trust.
