What if I think that the guardian is doing something wrong?

If a party believes that the guardian is acting improperly, then I recommend you file a motion with the court. The court has absolute control over the guardian and the guardianship proceeding. By filing the motion, this matter will be heard by the court and the court will enter a ruling based upon the allegations in the motion and the arguments that he hears before him.
