Who has decision-making authority when two partners own property 50/50?

When two partners own property 50/50, neither will have decision making authority unless they delegate it to one of the partners by virtue of an agreement between the parties. If they’re unable to resolve the dispute between themselves, then they can bring a partition action and if the property is indivisible, the court can order that the property be sold.
