I am concerned that the estate administrator is improperly distributing assets. How can I ensure that the estate is being administered correctly?

When the personal representative desires to be discharged, they’re required by law to file a petition for discharge and an accounting unless those requirements are waived. However, during the course of the administration, any party can request an interim accounting by the personal representative. If this motion is granted by the court, then the party who has sought the interim accounting can file an objection to the accounting as to any activity or transaction that’s revealed by that interim accounting.
