How can the validity of a trust be determined?
The validity of a trust can be determined only by an action challenging its validity. The trust is deemed in the eyes of the law to be valid. Therefore, in order to bring that matter to the court’s attention, there has to be a lawsuit which is challenging the validity of that document.
