Can a will be challenged if the maker was suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease?

A will can’t be challenged just because someone is suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. However, if the disease advances to a higher level, to the point of a lack of testamentary capacity, those would be grounds for both challenging that will and invalidating that will.
