Who can challenge the validity of a trust?

The persons who have standing to challenge the validity of a trust are beneficiary of a prior trust that has not been challenged or an heir at law. An heir at law includes the surviving spouse and lineal descendants. By lineal descendants, I mean the children of the settlor of the trust, or if the parents are deceased then the grandchildren of the settlor of the trust.
